A few of you have reached out with questions, so I wanted to answer them here in case others were wondering the same thing.

Have you tried applying for a grant?
We have not applied for any grants because there simply aren’t ANY grant for wheelchair accessible vehicles. The only grants that can be used on a vehicle are for modifications to a vehicle you already own and the vehicle can’t be more than a year told.

Aren’t there state funded programs you can apply for?
Unfortunately, there aren’t. We have a supports planner that helps us navigate any state programs we can use and there isn’t anything that will help use with funds for a vehicle.
