We have all been adjusting to being back home this week especially with the holiday! It is always nice to get back into our routines and all be together again but we are definitely missing Dr Lucas! 
The consistent therapy every day helped all of us and finding ways to incorporate our home plan into our normal routine takes a lot of work! 

We have also been weaning Finn off one of his medications and continued the process when we returned from Austin. A side effect of this medication is that it slows brain function so while we needed it for a time it is definitely not a good one long term! Weaning causes some difficult withdrawal symptoms as well and Finn is very sensitive to medicine changes so we have to do it all very slowly. That has felt like a little setback earlier this week but thankfully Finn has had a pretty good couple of days and seems to be handling this lower dose quicker than usual!  
The goal is to be fully off of it over the next month which would be a huge answer to prayer! 

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving being with the people you love! Finn had a full day with cousins and thoroughly enjoyed this afternoon nap with his daddy 🥰
