We had the privilege of getting away to the beach for some family time and it was so good for all of us. 
The sunshine and being by the ocean is so healing in so many ways. We spend a lot of time at home in the rocking chair with Finn and sometimes the walls of the house can feel like they are closing in. Getting out and about is quite a feat and we still spent lots of time rocking our boy BUT it is good for him and really good for us so we do our best to make it happen. 
Finn does not like water at all but he was a big fan of beach naps and the sound of the ocean… two of the best things in life!
