Today we traveled to Morgantown for a visit at the Cerebral Palsy Clinic. We have this appointment every 6 months to a year. At this visit we see neurology, orthopedic, orthopedic surgeon, OT, PT and a Pediatric Specialties. It makes for an exhausting day for all of us. Overall we got good news and they all noticed some improvement.
We always hear the statistics at these appointments; such as, since he’s not sitting before the age of 2 he more than likely will never walk. Our family has learned that Everett is not a statistic and he just makes he’s own timeline.
