This past Friday, we took Elijah to have his labs drawn to follow up on the medication increase. Now we anxiously wait on his results to know if we make another med change and have to get back to Texas soon or if we have the chance to spread things out and he is where he needs to be. 

I don't know if it is the medication or if it is coincidence, but I have seen some changes in Elijah. He has been moving his arms and hands a lot more than I have seen before. He has also been working so hard on his sitting and head control. 

We are planning to brave the airport and flight option again. Our last experience at George Bush Airport in Houston was absolutely awful! TSA was not an experience I ever wanted to experience again. We had no issues locally but in Houston, I said we would never fly again. Well circumstances have come up that need our trip to Texas to be much quicker than I could drive. I booked us a flight early morning and then come back home that same afternoon. Pray that it all goes smoothly and we get to the flight without any issues! I won't lie, flying never scared me but now that I am a mom and with all the things that have been out there lately, I am a bit scared to fly with him. Almost feels like an unneeded risk, but here we go!
