Hi Everyone,

Dickie is still fighting to remain here with us. Stacey and Tony made the drive up from Florida to be with Meghan and Shorty, surrounding him with even more love during this incredibly difficult time.

Unfortunately, their experience with both the hospice team and the home health workers has been far from what any family should have to endure. During a time when compassionate, reliable care should be a given, Meghan and Shorty have been left to navigate far too much on their own.

Through it all, Meghan has proven time and time again that she is nothing short of Superwoman, with Shorty right there by her side. Their strength, dedication, and unconditional love for Dickie have been nothing short of extraordinary.

As we navigate what appears to be the final chapter of Dickie’s AMAZING life, we are asking for continued love and support. Every donation, every word of encouragement, every shared memory, and every message for Dickie means more than you could possibly know.

To everyone who has visited, sent something thoughtful, stopped by to lend a hand, offered a prayer, or simply checked in—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed, and it has helped carry this family through some of their hardest days.

Please continue to keep Dickie and our family in your thoughts and hearts. He is surrounded by love, and that is exactly where he deserves to be. ❤️

My heart is so heavy as we pray for our dear friend Dickie, who is losing his battle here on earth. Dickie is truly one of the great ones—a man with a heart of gold who would give you the shirt off his back, even if it was the very last thing he had. I’m praying that God surrounds Dickie with His love, comfort, and peace, and gives Meghan, Shorty, Stacey, and Tony strength for the difficult days ahead. May they feel God carrying them when the weight becomes too much to bear. It has truly been an honor and a blessing to help in any way I can. Some people come into our lives and leave a mark that time can never erase, and Dickie is one of those people. Dickie, our Kiki video will forever live in my heart and always bring a smile through the tears. ❤️ What a special memory I will treasure forever. Let Dickie know he is in our Families Heart Megan, your Dad is one of the Greatest Souls I have ever met. He is a treasure in our lives while at Yogi. His Heart is huge with unconditional Love for our family.He was always there for us at Yogi. That Man will be missed by so many. May Our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ of Nazareth have him by his Side.
