Davey’s first intensive, July 6-17

Hello friends and family! 
Davey is working hard this week at his first physical therapy intensive. We have a one hour appointment a day for 10 days. He’s been working on sitting by himself and standing with support. It’s amazing to see him focus and work his muscles in a new way! It’s not always easy but the therapist does amazing with him and encourages him to keep trying. We are working on teaching him to push himself into a sitting position which really works his arm muscles. Davey is also working on keeping his balance when in a standing position. We finished day 4 today and I’m excited to see how he continues to do tomorrow and next week!
We are so grateful for this opportunity for him and it is incredible to be here because of the support of you all. ❤️
