The house is down to the bones...

The demo work is nearly completed. The drywall is gone. The insulation is gone. The sub flooring is gone. All appliances and furniture on the first floor are gone. It's down to the studs and original floor boards. A huge thank you to the following people who helped with Demo: my brother Craig and his son Graham, Justin and his sons James and Joel, Derek, Dave, Nick, Randy, Niki & Cale and their son Nash, and Scott & Amy. All of you were indispensable to this work getting done! Now it's time for the drying process to go into full effect and then reconstruction. Still so much to be done but grateful to be where we are in the process!
