I had an appointment today with my local team at UC Health to review my most recent MRIs, and I’m grateful I had my kindergarten best friend Mary visiting from Virginia to come along for support ❤️

The update is also reassuring — they echoed what we heard at Duke and confirmed there’s nothing to be concerned about. There’s no sign of regrowth or increased areas of enhancement, and my resection area (where the tumor was removed) looks good!

As for how I’ve been feeling after the Duke injection, I’ve had some lightheadedness and fatigue, but that’s expected and actually a sign that it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. I’ve also been feeling more energized, back to my Fitness Underground workouts (which mean so much to me!), and feeling more like myself every day! So grateful for all the well wishes and support we’ve had.
