Dana started the month with a post–standard treatment MRI, and she did great! Her close friend Kim drove her that night—a huge help so Josh could be with Evan. True to form, Dana asked the tech to play country music during the scan and requested graham crackers while she waited (no vanilla pudding this time!).

The MRI results will be reviewed at her appointment with Duke on Friday and again at her UC Health appointment on 12/11. More to come then. In the meantime, please continue sending all the positive vibes and prayers to Dana, Josh, and Evan!

This is so encouraging to read! 💛 As someone going through cancer treatment too, I know how huge each good scan and step forward feels. I’m so glad Dana had her close friend with her and that Josh could stay with Evan – that kind of support means everything. I’ll be thinking of her and sending all my love, strength, and healing vibes as she meets with Duke and UC Health. One step at a time, and we walk this road. 💗✨
