Little man completed his 5th and last round of intensive chemo last week! Unfortunately the side effects have been very intense and two days after discharge he got re-admitted for additional support. It has been another emotional roller coaster watching our son crash with fever, infection, and another surgery! But he is finally beginning to heal and show progress. He is scheduled to get his MRI 1/22, this scan will tell us if the cancer is gone and if we can do his last treatment. 

Thanks to all of your love and support, I finally started my work leave this week. We feel so blessed to be able to be by our son’s side especially now that he had these sudden complications. We hope  the upcoming MRI shows the progress we so desperately wish for and we can finally see the finish line.
