Update: Cru’s 1st chemo treatment is complete. The hospital stay went surprisingly well, but the days at home brought the reality of chemo;  tired, nauseated, no energy, and no appetite. It was honestly hard to get through. 

We came home with binders of information teaching us how to manage 13 prescriptions, IV’s and port care.  We are still feeling all the feels. Still feels unreal. 

Our wins in life have taken a dramatic turn. Instead of celebrating PR’s we celebrate a good hour or a good afternoon.
