No more tube!

Friday was a really good day. It started pretty uncomfortable with the NG tube still in, but after a successful trial, they were able to remove it around 1! The instant smile on her face said it all, I can only imagine how much of a relief it was. She was able to eat some ice chips, but that was about it for today. She will start a clear liquid diet tomorrow and start the process of slowly working her way back to solid foods.
