Dealing with the receptionists at Lenox Hill Radiology is a full time unpaid job that no one wants.  Appointments are constantly canceled via text message and I am left scrambling and panicking as I am transferred form person to person who verifies my identify only to transfer me, again.  My mortality matters less to them than a carnival goldfish.
