Our funding is specifically reserved for patients with account balances under $1,500. Based on the information provided, your monthly balance exceeds this limit, and as a result, we are unable to offer assistance at this time.

If you believe this determination does not accurately reflect your current financial situation, we encourage you to submit additional documentation for reconsideration. A letter of support from your social worker confirming your financial status would be especially helpful.

Thank you for contacting the United Breast Cancer Foundation and sharing what you are going through. It may be helpful to connect with a social worker or patient navigator in the hospital where you are being treated. They may be able to connect you with local resources. All of our grants are processed online.

You can read about all of our programs here, including the Individual Grant which considers assisting with everyday expenses and our Child Sponsorship Program which considers assisting with the Children's expenses.  If the program is open, you will find an Eligibility Questionnaire on the page, or it will say we have received the maximum number of inquiries for now. Applications are sent after an Eligibility Questionnaire is reviewed. 


We have currently received the maximum number of eligibility questionnaires for the Individual Grant. A date has not been determined as to when we will open the Individual Grant and start accepting new eligibility questionnaires. I would encourage you to check the website periodically for it to reopen.
