~Improving comfort, efficiency, and long-term home stability~ The home’s windows are original and increasingly inefficient. The home’s front door was damaged during a break-in over 10 years ago and was only temporarily repaired. Improving these items would help regulate temperature, reduce energy costs, and create a more comfortable environment—especially important during extended time at home for recovery. Safety and security would also be significantly enhanced. We are currently exploring whether repairing the existing windows is a viable option, as this may provide a more cost-effective solution than full replacement. Updated bids and assessments are in progress. Estimated need: To be determined (anticipated $10,000-70,000 range depending on scope)
