Aloha, 

I wanted to pass on an update to you all on my treatment progress. I have now completed 4 months of chemotherapy and recently had my surgery for a lumpectomy and lymph node biopsy. The surgical team got clear margins, and the lymph nodes were negative, which is good news!

While most of the tumors resolved in response to chemo, there was still a small tumor found in the tissue they removed. Due to this, I will be starting a different light-dose, chemotherapy paired with immunotherapy in July. Once healed from my surgery, I will also be starting radiation later in July/August as well. With the recent surgery and upcoming treatments, I have stepped back from Sprouts for a bit to take some time off for my ongoing treatment and recovery.
