Caprice DeLong

Our beautiful mama went to be with Jesus last night. She went comfortably and peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends.

We will continue to update when we have information of funeral arrangements.

Our mom touched so many lives. Her legacy stretches far and wide with all the lives she has touched..healed.. and saved.

How to help..
We ask for continued prayers for our family and friends as we navigate a life without mom..
Our hearts are shattered.

Think about those stories you have with mom. We are going to need them for laughter and her legacy to live on.

She was a daughter. sister.
mother. wife. nana and a nurse that touched so many lives.

Thank you all for praying, sending cards, flowers, gifts, food, and donating to ease burdens. Your kindness we are grateful for.

So sorry for your loss. I loved Caprice. She helped me in the office at school and we had many laughs and shared secrets. She was a beautiful lady. Prayer's for comfort for all of you. I consider my self fortunate for watching Caprice grow up to become such a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.

I’m so sad to hear this news. I didn’t know your mom real well at all but that was one of the unique and beautiful trademarks of hers. We’d met in person but once, at Lancer’s wedding, and yet on Facebook and social media she kept in touch over the years and ALWAYS had a sweet thing to say or share. That’s amazing, when you think of it. That we’d only met once but she touched my heart. I can only imagine how many hearts are grieving now — the true sign of someone leaving a beautiful legacy. And, my heart goes out to all of you. May God grant you strength as you journey through your grief.
