The upcoming days for mom are going to be hard.. 
We are going to need all the prayer warriors as she fights. 

Yesterday's procedure was not successful. They were unable to place the stint due to too much obstruction. This was a surgery to protect her kidney due to a new mass they found from another recent CT. 

Today they preformed a couple procedures to help prevent any kidney damage in the future and to start the process of chemo. 

Mom is resting now in her room at the hospital.. 

Tomorrow 1/25 is a big day as she will start her first chemo treatment and it is going to be an aggressive treatment since her cancer is aggressive. We need a miracle. 

I'm praying that God is going to heal mom completely and side effects are minimum. Huge prayers for her nausea to subside immediately.
That she stays positive and fights! That the doctors and nurses are on top of their game and palliative care 
*(specialized medical care for people living with a serious illness)
is a voice for mom when we don't know what to do or say at the times we are hurting and lost. 

Thank you all for all the comments and support and continued prayers. 
We still need you all. Keep the prayers for mom coming she is going to need it.. I know that we are not ready for this.. I can't imagine how mom must feel. I pray that her head is clear of worry and anxiety and is filled with light and love and the knowing of being in Gods hands.
