In chemistry, there’s something called the limiting factor. According to google, limiting factor= “the substance entirely consumed first in a chemical reaction, which stops the reaction and determines the maximum amount of product formed.” 

Basicallyyyy the limiting factor gets used up the fastest. Once it’s gone, you can’t make anymore product. If you want more product/results, you HAVE TO acquire MORE of your limiting factor. 

Camilla’s limiting factor is self-confidence. She is CLEARLY strong enough. But she’s scared. She’s having a hard time trusting her body and is beggggging for extra support and reassurance. Her lack of self confidence is holding her back.
