Bart was able to come home from inpatient rehab on Monday. He will continue to rehab at home as he struggles with right side mobility due to the increasing size of one of the tumors in the left side of the brain. We are working through navigating a new "ADA lifestyle". Whoa... my heart still goes out to all cancer fighters and now those who are confined to a wheelchair. It's definitely an adjustment for Bart and the family. We will head back to Houston for scans and appointments the week of October 20th so please pray that we will be able to travel as Bart's mobility issues could possibly affect that and that the full brain radiation has helped with the "innumerable brain tumors" that were reported last time (I think they quit counting at 70). We need a stable report here. 

He started a new chemo pill that had previously affected liver levels and we had to stop before because of a failing liver. Please pray that bloodwork remains stable. We have a meeting this week with his oncologist to go over it again as the last time we checked it.... levels were slowly creeping up. So, big prayers there so he can remain on some sort of treatment for the cancer throughout his body.
