We appreciate you all!
At this time, we are totally covered for food and care (the kids’ summer camps happened to be front-loaded and Steph’s work has been wonderfully accommodating so she can be off until September with future plans TBD). We will certainly tap you in the future when we have a better sense of what we need and when.
In the meantime, a nurse gave a wonderful suggestion which I’d love to put here:
If you feel compelled to do something sooner, please write a card or note or email or funny story so that I can keep a little bin or mailbox to turn to in hard moments. Text me or Jim if you need an address. Cards or letters are easy to keep and so cherished. We already feel your love and are grateful for sweet thoughts, prayers, and texts.
