July 30th Update

The vascular team came in they are going to take her leg on Tuesday. They have to wait for the swelling to go down more. She took the news better then expected. She asked the doctor if that leg was going to be paralyzed and that's when they told her they were taking it.  She cried and just went silent. This doctor has been there from the beginning and has worked tirelessly to save the leg. She has been even helping to find the best prosthetic leg for her . She has been one of the best doctors here in my book and has keep in constant communication with me and the family. -from my cousin Jason which is her dad. 

The breathing machine is off and she is breathing on her own now. She is no longer intubated. They also removed the neck brace. She was also moved to a step down trauma ICU.
