September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, a time to honor the families impacted by pediatric cancer, raise awareness and fuel research for safer more effective treatments.  More than 15,000 children are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. every year. Cancer is the number one cause of death by disease in children.  Despite progress, survival rates for many types of childhood cancer remain dismal. 

Asha was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer in the form of a DIPG/DMG tumor in November of 2023. Though an extremely trying time for me and my family we found support from these two local organizations.  I ask that in honor of  Childhood Cancer Awareness Month you consider donating to the below organizations.
