That's A Wrap!

I can't believe I forgot to post here! Well, actually, I can with the foggy radiation brain I've had the last few weeks. But anyway - I'M DONE WITH TREATMENT! My last radiation treatment was on August 7th. I got to ring the bell with my team and my family there. It wasn't anything big and emotional - oddly enough nothing about this experience has been overly emotional for me (aside from the immense gratitude I've felt for people showing up for me in a variety of ways) 

I'm healing really well, even my team is surprised since my skin was so angry at the end of it all. I feel like my energy is slowly returning and I'm happy to  be doing more things, though I definitely feel it by the end of the day. I even cleaned up the downstairs family room to give me access to my workout space again. I really need to get back into working out and I'm cleared by my surgeon to ease back into all my activities as tolerated. 

Life is falling back into routine - work, family, BTS lol 

I'm happy to put this behind me and move forward with what life will be beyond cancer. I assume it'll be much the same just without nipples and the need for mammograms. LOL

Thank you everyone for supporting and loving me through such a chaotic time in my life. I love you all!
