My first update

Hi everyone, thanks for being here.

This Support Registry is how we're rallying help for Allison and family. Instead of just asking for money, it lets you see exactly what's needed (meals, specific bills, supplies) and pitch in where it feels right.

Here's what's going on: the new seizure and migraine medications have lessened the confusion and dizzy spells and have decreased the instances of feeling suddenly and destabilizing disconnected from reality and herself.  Recently had a very cathartic experience that after extensive googling research was discovered to have been almost definitely a somatic release in which tears over 20 years old and feelings from one of her first domestic assaults were unexpectedly and calmly released, purged from her body, expelled might be a better word.  The tears transitioned from ordinary sad despairing hopeless tears to thick, sludgelike tears where the age and avoidance of the memories of a specific night were remembered and reexperienced in what felt like a safe and stable remembrance and release.  This experience is leading to realizations such as the complete lack of nervous system safety or body safety going back years, and is the main focus of my search efforts for a provider or person able to help me find and restore a safety in myself I've never truly had, and to work with me using somatic tools and guidance.
