11pm - Mom is tired and in pain so tried to rest as much as possible today.   They found a good balance between pain med and muscle relaxer and the timing of all this.  Just a ton of pressure in her abdomen and a bunch of trapped gas (from procedure) without a ton of relief because the normal gas remedies aren't quite possible since she can't have any meds by mouth, isn't up and walking just yet, can't have heat on belly and can't really massage her abdomen area. 

Poor mommy.  I am spending the night again because Amy has a bit of a sore throat and we don't want her getting mom sick.  

I forgot to let everyone know this morning that she's been fever free since surgery and her white blood count is coming down so hopefully the trend will continue which is the path to no sepsis.
