Chemo Infusion #2 - Check!

Alexis Mirakian

This afternoon, Alexis received her second chemotherapy infusion. She's feeling great! Her dad, Rich, joined her at her appointment, making it a Father-Daughter Day at the KU Cancer Center.

Alexis continues to exercise daily and maintain her healthy, active lifestyle, which has played a big role in how strong she feels.

On September 2, Alexis will receive her first scans since beginning her treatment.

Today was a great day, and Alexis continues to feel your love and prayers!

Good report. Hang in there, Alexis. You look great! Take care of yourself, rest, and let the chemo do its job. It worked for me and it will work for you, too. Praying daily. Maggie and I prayed a Rosary for you last night. Mary will help and God is good!
