Day 37 - Freezer Fill

Angie officially has zero bandages. Her scars on her left arm are much more significant than those on her right arm. She can transfer from her wheelchair to her recliner or in the bathroom on her shower chair without assistance. She can feed Anaya and hold her on her legs for long periods of time, even though this hurts her pelvis. 

Kind of a freezer breakdown  — I’m sure there are items I’ve missed!

10 lbs frozen veggies

3 packages of breadsticks

3 pkg raw pork chops

4 packages raw ground beef

2 packages of hamburger patties

3 packages of smoked sausage

2 lbs ground raw sausage

3 bags of shredded cooked chicken breasts

5  bags of cooked ground beef

6 bags of cooked sausage/GR beef mix

5 lbs cooked meatballs

3 meals of bbq pulled pork

3 meals of Asian Meatballs

2 meals of balsamic and brown sugar pork chops

2 meals of pot roast

2 meals of beef egg roll bowls

2 meals of Italian beef sandwiches 

3 meals of veggie beef stew

2 meals of GR beef/sausage spaghetti

2 meals of beef ragu

meals of

3 meals of zuppa toscana

2 meals of beef and bean burritos

3 meals of turkey and sweet potato chili

2 meals of jambalaya

3 meals of beef taco soup

5 meals of broccoli cheddar soup

2 meals of chicken stir fry

2 meals of chicken curry

2 meals of chicken tacos

2 meals of chicken fajitas

2 meals of Hawaiian chicken

15 lbs of potatoes that will be turned into mashed potatoes and roasted potatoes

6 lbs of onions that will be sliced and frozen to add to meals

7 peppers that will be sliced and frozen to add to meals

This is in addition to:

3 bags of chicken taco soup

6 bags of shredded chicken

3 bags of chicken taco soup 

We also filled the ice cube trays with pineapple juice. Those will be popped out and put into bagged to use instead of ice for Angie’s drinks that get blended. 

Angie is a rockstar and had Anaya almost the whole day of Prep Fest. 

Cheesecake and dog treats will have to wait a couple of weeks. 

Anayas room no longer has my king air bed in it. Now Angie has lots of room to wheel in there. She can get to the changing table and, if someone puts her in the crib, Angie can partake of tummy time for Anaya from her wheelchair. So grateful that we were able to start prepping for “normal” life. 

Angie and Adam are beyond grateful to everyone. Everywhere.
