Update 🧡 10/21

During Zikiyahs PGC chemotherapy treatment today, she experienced a severe allergic reaction to paclitaxel that nearly progressed to anaphylactic shock. Additionally, her cisplatin dose was limited because of previous liver concerns. We are now waiting to learn what adjustments her medical team will make to determine the safest path forward.
     We are also working to connect with a specialist in Texas who has experience with  RMC. We are hopeful that his expertise, guidance, and collaboration with Zikiyah’s current doctors will help us identify the best possible treatment options for her.
