Help buying a small piece of land

We need to be able to buy a piece of land that we can set a shed upon it and make a one story tiny house out of it. My husband is a master carpenter but due to loss of his foot. He is not employable as every company says he is a safety risk. But we know how to put up walls, to put in plumbing, and run electrical. once done That only needs to have final connections made. Then signed off by electrician and plumber. Most all the items needed to go the work can either be gotten through donation or small amounts of money paid out.
