help with getting a used car.I have 1000,00 saved, I lost my car when I lost my job due to 3rd stage COPD

with no way to get around and no one close to help I am stranded in my home .I can't get to the store or do any of the things I used to do. I feel isolated and depressed not being able to leave the house to do anything at all. I have not gone anywhere since last August of 2025. I get to Dr Visits with lyft paid for with Medicare but they do not take me grocery shopping or to get personal errands done.
