I'm diabetic and have allergies to citrus

We lost our roommate and owner of the house I paid 300 dollars to the house for August we don't have any food stamps atm because they are pending right now and could be 30 days. We tried the food banks here but because my identification doesn't match the parish they refuse to help and since we have to move I'm going to wait to change it
