Vehicle Repairs

My vehicle recently broke down. It is sending 15 codes on an OBDII reader. If we can't repair the engine, we will need to get a new car. Short list of repairs: Replace catalytic converter; camshaft position sensor needs to be replaced, possibly the engine seals, new spark plugs.
