Getting to appointments by Lyft

Our 1 family vehicle is in the hands of the girls' father, and he refuses to even return that.
But we still have doctor appointments, legal appointments, school activities, etc. to get to. When someone is available to drive us, it's much appreciated. But often times, no one is available and we need to schedule a Lyft (I never realized how quickly the costs of these can add up!) So whether you're able to offer us a ride, or donate to the Lyft fund, it would be a lifesaver for us until we manage to get better transportation.
