Cognitive therapy I've been denied

I have a Cerebellar Cognitive Affective Disorder diagnosis after suffering a Vascular lacunar in 2016. I have to pay for group therapy up front and submit for reimbursement to Medicare and hope they will eventually pay me. Group therapy isn't as effective as one-on-one, but that's all that's being offered. I am having extreme difficulty just functioning on a daily basis.
