Three months rent

We are a recently housed disabled couple who are going to college full time to attempt to better our situation. We only became housed again last April. We had to move suddenly at the end of last month. Amazingly, we found a place to move. Our former landlord didn't follow through on money refunded to make the move a little easier. Three months rent will allow us a cushion so we can focus more on our schooling without constantly being worried about whether we will have a home month to month
