Phone and utility payments

Phone, watch, WiFi, all these apps I need to monitor BP etc, all the tv channels, news apps - I cannot do any of it. Yet to live in this world it is important. Apple alone is, well too much. How can I keep up with doc appointments, phone calls, order groceries…
