Emergency need of funds

Need to pay water bill so I don't lose my housing & my daughter. Please please she is special needs & it would mentally crush her & she doesn't need 2 go through any more trauma.. I have a housing inspection on August 19th and I need to have the water paid which is $2,300 and some leaks fixed before 28th so I can pass my housing inspection. All I haven't heard all she has is me. I really don't want to lose her over me messing up big not having the money to pay the water bill. I can give you excuses but at the end of the day it's my fault. Please please help me she is the reason why I wake up every morning. I can't lose her and she can't lose me I don't know what to do I need a miracle
