Vet care

My senior dog fell and twisted his hips and back legs. Now he is struggling to get up and down and keeps falling when he walks. I had a large utility bill this month and I only receive disability income. I need to have him seen by a vet, but don't have the funds. I've had him since he was born and he's 15. I hate seeing him hurting. Any funds can be paid directly to the vet and would be greatly appreciated.
