My feet are failing me severe pain

I need help getting meals please and rides to errands and money for a car. I have tried everything to find work here I have tried to sell items no one buys anything I cannot make rent for august and have double bills so I am about to lose everything again. I need surgery and cannot continue trying to live life in this much pain. I cannot even afford toilet paper.
