We had to rush Olivia to the ER yesterday for respiratory distress. She was put on high flow and sent straight to icu she spiked a high fever last night I think the highest I saw was 102 they had to give her Tylenol and ibuprofen they put ice packs on her body and a fan on her she was so miserable poor baby. Fever is gone this morning so far test results for X-ray show full haziness on left lung which could be viral pneumonia or just the partial collapse that she often gets. Her pcr panel is still showing positive for only coronavirus (the non covid virus) they don’t see anything new from when we came on the second other than the X-ray results so if this is just collapse once they get her lung fully open again we should be able to go back home. I think her biggest problem is all the mucus she’s fighting right now.
