It has been brought to our attention that the Roundup feature when making a donation is very confusing. When you check the box to "Ensure this family gets to keep 100% of the donation", that means you are choosing to roundup. Rounding up means that you will be giving 14% on top of your donation to help support the running of SupportNow. When you do this SupportNow covers the stripe charge of 2.7% for the family. If you don't, we incur the stripe fee of 2.7%.

To be clear: Roundup if you want to help fund the work of SupportNow. We are fine with SupportNow taking the 2.7% for processing fees on our end so please only Roundup if you want to help the important work that SupportNow is doing.
