After a long week of scans and testing, Timber had huge news to share!
His MRI , Bone Marrow and CT all came back clear!!!
His MIBG (a special scan for his Neuroblastoma) came back with a score of a 1 out of 30 - at the beginning of his journey his score was 14. All metastatic evidence is gone!!
His next major step is Stem Cell transplant or Bone-marrow transplant. Which is a very intense process that lasts up 30 days in isolation . It involves high dose chemotherapy to keep his immune system down until his bone marrow grafts back on. He has to do this process two times during our stay here. Then he will begin radiation ☢️.
