The 4 days after chemo were really rough! We tried to stay ahead of the nausea and dehydration with medicine and electrolyte drinks, but we were not successful. We were both pretty down and relied on the prayers and support from our tribe. (Thank you!) Yesterday, he had acupuncture at Emory's Winship Cancer Institute. They offer holistic healing alongside traditional medicine, and we are so grateful for that! Then yesterday afternoon he had 2 bags of IV fluid at Elite Personalized Medicine. Today he is much better!
