Joe took his final breaths on Thursday, March 7th at approximately 2:00am.  Joe was surrounded in his final days by the love and support of his family and friends.  He knew how intensely he was loved by all.  He was cared for by an amazing staff at Denver hospice until his final hours.  Joe no longer has to endure anymore pain and suffering, he is now at peace.  Joe was an amazing husband, father, son, brother and friend to so many.  Please find comfort in the good memories.   We love you Joe now and always, may you rest peacefully now.  With all our love, Andrea and Scarlett Snyder

I will miss him dearly. I loved our long talks and drives throughout the city. I'm so glad I got to see him and talk to him and that he knew I was there for him. May he now rest in peace.
