The Sernovitz Family
SHOW SOLIDARITY! Want to know how you can help the Sernovitz family? As you may know, with Becky’s immunocompromised state, a simple cold can lead to serious infection with dire consequences. By adopting or continuing to follow a few simple but critical steps to keep your school age kids healthy, we can help to ensure that Daniella and Eden contract or bring home as few illnesses as possible. This way, we not only do our part to keep Becky healthy, but we also do our part to ensure that the children, Larry, and Becky’s parents continue to be able to visit Becky in the hospital.
You and your kids can:
• Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Clean hands (whether sanitizing or washing) every time children enter the classroom and before they eat.
• Stay home if sick
• If coming to school with minor symptoms, consider wearing a mask and making the family aware so that they can make the decision to mask as well.
• Sneeze/cough into a tissue or under shirt if tissue unavailable, and sanitize afterward.
