The days in the trauma ward has been focused on emotional and mental fortitude as her body heals. We talk about someday relearning how to walk, go to the bathroom, feed herself, and someday relish in falling water upon her skin and not wet wipe baths.

We take so much for granted until we become limited.

Taking it day by day. But mom is emotionally strong, aware and she remains positive in her hand in her recovery. She is so grateful and buoyed by everyone's positivity and prayers.
