Hey y'all,
Put a finger down, and a middle finger up, if you told Cancer to F-off and shaved your head in protest this week! A couple days ago Devyn said 'see you later' to her locks of many colors, her scalp needing some reprieve and her spirit needing to take charge. Morones's are known for rather large and unshapely noggins, so before you decide to shave in solidarity, know that.
The family has been so supported with meals around chemo days. Some of the food had me looking at plane tickets. And they'll have a stockpile of dishes to return or pay-it-forward when they are on the other side of all of this.
For the coming week, chemo is Tuesday again, and the couple of days following are the roughest on Devyn. There are a couple of meals open this week for any available volunteers!! Thank youuuuuu!!
