Luke is doing very well based on the severity of his brain injuries. He was discharged from the ICU on day 11! Luke is currently in the rehab unit at Scottish Rite. He is alert and able to follow simple commands. He has near 100% mobility on his left side while his right side is more like 25%. He is also able to say words and short phrases in a low tone. He will be going through speech therapy for quite some time. Luke is set to begin physical therapy today to strengthen the right side of his body!
